Fishin' for the Cure is a fundraising event that will raise public awareness of sarcoma and raise funds to support sarcoma research and clinical trials as a part of the 2008 Team Sarcoma Initiative.

Our 1st annual tournament will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Hauser Reservoir.

Boating and shore anglers are welcome, and prizes of $25-$175 will be awarded for the largest walleye, rainbow trout, perch and carp. To kick off the benefit, a BBQ and auction will be held on Friday night at Lakeside Resort, who will also host a band for a night of entertainment and dancing. There will also be an awards ceremony following the benefit tourney on Saturday.
